Terms and Conditions

1. Competition is by invite or direct referral only.
2. Competition closes at midnight on 16 February 2023.
3. The first 10 valid entries will be contacted for a consultation to proceed.
4. Winners need to redeem their prize within 3 months from the date they receive notification of winning. Extensions will be at the discretion of Insomnia Marketing.
5. Only one client per company will be chosen – multiple entries will not be deemed as valid.
6. The competition is not open to Insomnia Marketing employees, suppliers, existing Insomnia Marketing clients, affiliates or the direct family of any of the aforementioned persons or entities.
7. Any entries which are not received by us prior to the closure of the competition will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
8. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
9. The winners will be notified by means of the contact details provided to us. If we are unable to contact a winner within 3 working days or if the winner is unable to collect the prize within the above stipulated timeframe, the winner will forfeit the prize and Insomnia Marketing reserves the right to select a runner up to receive the prize under the same conditions.
10. Should any conflict of interest be discovered during the consultation process, all attempts will be made to resolve the conflict before any agreements can be entered into.
11. Insomnia Marketing reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice, but we will not withdraw prizes already won without due cause.
12. Should you wish to exchange your prize for agency time, you may choose any design project to the same value in agency time.
13. Your entry into the competition constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions.
14. These rules, terms and conditions will be interpreted and implemented by Insomnia Marketing only.
